Our Journey
Our story is a tale with a twist to the common Indian home kitchen conundrum. During the 70’s, food was digested as ‘fuel’, consumed simply for your everyday energy needs. There was a general lack of awareness of the varied palette from around the world.
In those times, one would wonder “how can I make daily food tasty?”. You knew there was more variety(in the spice of life), but how could one seize those flavours?
Far away from these daily distasteful blues, Captain Carpe had set out to sail in his beautiful boat named “CarpeVictus”. A man ahead of his time-he was on a mission to explore the finest global flavours to bring them back-straight to your kitchen.
“No more mundane meal-time!”, he shouted as his sails flapped in the wind.
