Veg Tandoori Rolls: (Makes 5 rolls)

Marinade Process

What you’ll need:

In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup overnight hung curd.
1 tbsp Mustard Oil
4 tbsp Carpe Victus Tandoori Masala
1 tbsp Carpe Victus Chaat Masala
1 tbsp Carpe Victus Besan (Roasted)

Step-by-Step Procedure:

Step1-Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly till it’s smooth
Step2-Marinate dried vegetables (Potatoes, bell peppers, mushroom & Baby corn) and paneer into this mix and refrigerate for 30-35 minutes.

Grilling:


Place the marinated vegetables in a skewer (tip grease the skewers with oil)
Grill the vegetables directly onto the stove and move the stove in a circular motion till all the sides are well grilled and cooked.

Now, heat a whole wheat roti on a pan and apply fresh mint-coriander chutney.

Carefully place the grilled vegetables on the roti.

Add some onions and squeeze some lemon juice.

Roll the roti & gobble!
